Ingredients:
* 6 large jalapeños, halved & seeds removed
* 4 oz brie, cut into small cubes or slices
* 6 slices bacon, cut in half
* 1/2 cup blueberry jam (or homemade blueberry sauce)
* 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* Pinch of cayenne (optional for extra heat)
* Toothpicks
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
2. Place a cube or slice of brie into each jalapeño half.
3. Wrap each filled pepper with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
4. Bake 18–22 minutes, or until bacon is golden and crisp.
5. Meanwhile, make the glaze: gently heat blueberry jam, honey, lemon juice, and cayenne in a small saucepan until smooth and glossy.
6. Brush baked poppers generously with the warm blueberry glaze.
7. Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes to set the glaze.
