Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake

🥩 Main Ingredients

– 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into bite-sized pieces

– 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced

– 1 small onion, diced

– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

 

🧄 Sauce

– 1 cup sour cream

– ½ cup ranch dressing

– ½ cup heavy cream

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– Salt and pepper, to taste

 

🌿 Garnish

– Fresh parsley, chopped

 

👩‍🍳 Directions

➡️ Layer the diced potatoes, steak, and onion in your Crockpot, adding a sprinkle of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for seasoning.

➡️ In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, sour cream, and heavy cream until the mixture is smooth.

➡️ Pour the creamy mixture over the steak and potatoes, gently stirring to coat everything evenly.

➡️ Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender and the steak is perfectly cooked.

➡️ About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top, cover, and let it melt.
