🛒 Ingredients

For the Steakp
1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your choice)
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt & black pepper, to taste
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika

For the Pasta & Sauce
10–12 oz pasta of choice
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream or milk
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup crumbled gorgonzola (or blue cheese)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: fresh parsley

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.

Cook the Steak
Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook steak to your preferred doneness.
Let rest, then slice into strips.

Make the Sauce
In the same pan, melt butter.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Pour in cream or milk and simmer gently.
Stir in parmesan and gorgonzola until smooth and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper.

Combine
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
Top with sliced steak.

Serve
Garnish with parsley if desired.
Plate, serve warm, and enjoy every creamy bite!
