– 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
– 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
– 1 small onion, diced
– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

– 1 cup sour cream
– ½ cup ranch dressing
– ½ cup heavy cream
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
