π¦ Seafood Lasagna with Shrimp & Crab
π Ingredients
9β12 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb shrimp, peeled & chopped
1 lb crab meat (lump or imitation)
3 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded Parmesan
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
3 cups milk
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: fresh parsley & lemon zest for garnish

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
In a skillet, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic 1 minute. Stir in flour to form a paste.
Slowly add milk, whisking until smooth. Season with Old Bay, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thick and creamy.
In a bowl, mix ricotta with Β½ cup Parmesan.
Spread a little sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer noodles β ricotta mixture β seafood β sauce β mozzarella.
Repeat layers, finishing with sauce and remaining mozzarella + Parmesan.
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10β15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Rest 10 minutes before slicing. Add parsley or lemon zest if desired.
