Muffin Pan Brownies Recipe

Muffin Pan Brownies Recipe Ingredients:

2 boxes of brownie mix (any brand of your choice)

4 large eggs (1 extra egg for added chewiness)

Nonstick cooking spray (for greasing the muffin pan)

Instructions:

Prepare the Muffin Pan:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spray the muffin tin very well with nonstick spray to ensure the brownies don’t stick. Make sure to coat all the wells generously.

Prepare the Brownie Mix:

Follow the instructions on the brownie mix boxes. Usually, this involves mixing the brownie mix with eggs, oil, and water (or any additional ingredients listed on the box).

Be sure to add an extra egg (so 4 total) to make them extra chewy and soft inside.

Fill the Muffin Pan:

Spoon the brownie batter evenly into the muffin pan, filling each well about 3/4 full. This should make about 24 cupcake-sized brownies.

Bake the Brownies:

Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes. The baking time may vary slightly depending on your oven, so keep an eye on them. You can check the doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of one of the brownies. It should come out with a few moist crumbs (but not wet batter).

Cool and Remove:

Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 5 minutes. After that, use a butter knife to gently loosen the edges of the brownies and pop them out.

Serve:

Enjoy these crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside muffin pan brownies while they are still warm, or store them in an airtight container.
