🍰 Ingredients

For the Cake:

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple with juice (do not drain)

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

4 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2–3 tbsp pineapple juice (from the canned pineapple)
