Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients :
Egg Base:

6 large eggs, hard-boiled & chopped

¼ cup mayonnaise (plus more to taste)

1 tsp Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

Pinch of paprika (smoked or sweet)

Salt + pepper to taste

Optional Boosts:

2 tbsp fresh dill/chives, chopped

1 stalk celery, finely diced

1 tbsp pickle relish

For Serving:

Bread (sourdough, croissants, or rye)

Lettuce, tomato, or sprouts

Instructions :
Cook Eggs: Hard-boil eggs (use egg cooker for foolproof results). Cool, peel, chop with slicer.

Mix Salad: Gently fold eggs, mayo, mustard, spices, and herbs. Avoid overmixing!

Season: Add salt, pepper, and paprika. Taste and adjust.

Assemble: Layer onto bread with lettuce/tomato. Pro tip: Toast bread in panini press for crunch!
