No-Bake Peach Cream Dessert

Ingredients

For the base

2 cups crushed biscuits (Graham crackers or tea biscuits)
½ cup melted butter
For the cream layer

2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup cream cheese (softened)
For the fruit layer

3–4 fresh peaches, sliced
or 1 can peach slices (well drained)
Optional topping

Extra crushed biscuits
Fresh mint leaves
Instructions

Prepare the base
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a glass dish. Chill for 10 minutes.
Make the cream
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Assemble layers
Spread half of the cream over the biscuit base
Add a layer of peach slices
Spread remaining cream on top
Decorate
Arrange peach slices on top and sprinkle crushed biscuits.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

Can be made 1 day ahead
Substitute peaches with mango, strawberries, or pineapple
