Cheesy Bacon Mac Burger Stuffed Onion Rings

Ingredients:

– 1 pound ground beef

– 1 packet of macaroni and cheese

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

– 1 large onion

– 1 cup flour

– 2 eggs

– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Cook the macaroni and cheese according to package instructions and set aside.

2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked bacon until well combined.

3. Cut the onion into thick slices and separate into rings.

4. Take two onion rings and place a spoonful of the ground beef mixture in between them, pressing down to form a stuffed onion ring.

5. Repeat with the remaining onion rings and beef mixture.

6. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls – one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.

7. Dip each stuffed onion ring into the flour, then the egg, and finally the breadcrumbs, making sure to coat evenly.

8. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350Β°F.

9. Fry the stuffed onion rings in batches for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

10. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

11. Serve the cheesy bacon mac burger stuffed onion rings hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
