Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1–2 tablespoons honey or powdered sugar (to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions

Mix the yogurt
In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey (or powdered sugar), and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Add blueberries
Gently fold in the blueberries until they’re fully coated with yogurt.
Form clusters
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Spoon small mounds (about 1–2 tablespoons each) onto the tray, spacing them apart.
Freeze
Place the tray in the freezer for 1½–2 hours, or until fully firm.
Serve or store
Enjoy straight from the freezer, or transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen.
