📝 Ingredients
1 (3 oz) box orange gelatin (Jell-O)
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup cottage cheese (optional, makes it creamier)
½ cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional but recommended)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Dissolve the Gelatin
In a bowl, pour boiling water over the orange gelatin.
Stir until fully dissolved.
Add cold water and stir again.
Let it cool slightly (about 10–15 minutes).
2️⃣ Fold in Creamy Ingredients
Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth.
Stir in cottage cheese if using.
3️⃣ Add Fruit & Marshmallows
Fold in mandarin oranges.
Add mini marshmallows.
Add crushed pineapple if using.
Mix gently to keep fruit intact.
4️⃣ Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until fluffy and set
