1 (3 oz) box orange gelatin (Jell-O)
1 cup boiling water
Β½ cup cold water
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
Β½ cup cottage cheese (optional, makes it creamier)
Β½ cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional but recommended)

1οΈβ£ Dissolve the Gelatin
In a bowl, pour boiling water over the orange gelatin.
Stir until fully dissolved.
Add cold water and stir again.
Let it cool slightly (about 10β15 minutes).
2οΈβ£ Fold in Creamy Ingredients
Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth.
Stir in cottage cheese if using.
3οΈβ£ Add Fruit & Marshmallows
Fold in mandarin oranges.
Add mini marshmallows.
Add crushed pineapple if using.
Mix gently to keep fruit intact.

Refrigerate for at least 1β2 hours until fluffy and set
