🦐 Crabby Shrimp-Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs
These cheesy, buttery bites are packed with shrimp and crab, perfect for sharing at your next gathering!
Ingredients:
• 1 loaf of French bread
• 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
• 1 cup lump crab meat
• 1 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center, leaving a 1-inch border.
3. In a bowl, mix the shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, parsley, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
4. Spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed-out bread halves.
5. Brush the outside of the bread with melted butter.
6. Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
7. Let cool slightly, then slice into pieces and serve warm.
