🍝❤️ One-Pot Chicken Parmesan Pasta – A Warm Hug in a Bowl!
🛒 Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups uncooked pasta (any small or medium shape)
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups tomato sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated parmesan
Optional garnish: parsley or basil
👩🍳 Instructions
Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large pot.
Add diced chicken, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Add Flavor
Stir in onion and cook until softened.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Build the Pasta Base
Pour in chicken broth and tomato sauce.
Stir in pasta, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Simmer
Bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat and cook 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally,
until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
Make it Cheesy
Stir in mozzarella and parmesan until melted and creamy.
Serve
Let rest 2 minutes.
