No-Bake Peanut Butter Eclair Cake

Ingredients:

 

1 package of graham crackers (12-15 pieces)

1 package of vanilla pudding mix

2 cups milk

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 container of whipped cream

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate

2 tablespoons butter

2 teaspoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:

 

Prepare the pudding layer: Mix the pudding mix with milk until thickened, then add whipped cream.

Peanut butter layer: Mix peanut butter with cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Assemble the cake: Place a layer of graham crackers, then a layer of peanut butter mixture, then a layer of pudding. Repeat.

Prepare the chocolate topping: Melt chocolate, butter, and milk over low heat, then add vanilla.

Apply the topping: Spread the chocolate topping over the cake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Serve: Cut the cake into squares and serve chilled.
