For the Bang-Bang Sauce
Β½ cup mayonnaise
ΒΌ cup sweet chili sauce
1β2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for heat)
1 tsp honey or sugar
1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
For the Sandwiches
500 g (1 lb) ground beef
Salt & black pepper, to taste
4 slices cheddar cheese (or American cheese)
8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
8 slices sandwich bread or burger buns
Butter or oil for grilling
Optional: lettuce, tomato, pickles

Step 1: Make the Bang-Bang Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lemon juice.
Adjust heat or sweetness to taste. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Beef Patties
Season ground beef with salt and pepper.
Form into 4 patties slightly smaller than your bread slices.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, cook patties 3β4 minutes per side until desired doneness.
Add a slice of cheese on top during the last minute to melt.
Step 3: Assemble the Sandwiches
Spread Bang-Bang sauce on one side of each bread slice.
Layer on: cheeseburger patty β crispy bacon β optional veggies β top slice of bread.
Spread more Bang-Bang sauce on the top slice if desired.
Step 4: Grill the Sandwiches
Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place sandwiches in skillet and press gently.
Cook 2β3 minutes per side until bread is golden brown and crispy, cheese melted inside.
Serve hot.
