Ingredients
3–4 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
4 eggs
1 cup heavy cream (or milk)
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)
½ cup grated Parmesan
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: fresh parsley or basil, chopped
Butter or oil for greasing the dish
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease a baking dish.
Arrange zucchini slices in the dish, slightly overlapping.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture evenly over the zucchini.
Sprinkle cheese and Parmesan on top. Add herbs if using.
Bake for 35–45 minutes, until golden on top and set in the center.
Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
