1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional garnish: chopped parsley or red pepper flakes

Cook pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sear steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
