Best Steak Marinade
Juicy, tender, and full of bold flavor—this marinade brings out the best in any cut of steak. Perfect for grilling, pan-searing, or broiling, it’s a simple way to elevate your next steak night.

Ingredients:

½ cup soy sauce

⅓ cup olive oil

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp black pepper

½ tsp onion powder

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

2–3 lbs steak (ribeye, flank, sirloin, or your favorite cut)

Instructions:

Mix the marinade: In a medium bowl or resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, brown sugar, and seasonings. Whisk or shake until well blended.

Marinate the steak: Place steak in the bowl or bag, making sure it’s fully coated. Cover or seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably 6–8 hours. For maximum flavor, marinate overnight.

Cook your steak: Remove steak from marinade and pat dry. Grill, pan-sear, or broil to your desired doneness.

Rest and serve: Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
