Ingredients :

* 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain

* 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey

* 1–2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
* Optional: chili flakes or sriracha for heat
Instructions :
**Prepare the Noodles:**
1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
**Cook the Beef:**
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add sliced beef and sear for 2–3 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
**Sauté the Vegetables:**
4. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil.
5. Add garlic, ginger, and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
**Make the Sticky Garlic-Soy Glaze:**
6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil.
7. Pour the sauce into the pan and bring to a simmer.
8. Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce slightly.
**Combine Everything:**
9. Add the cooked noodles and beef back into the skillet.
10. Toss everything together until evenly coated in the sticky glaze.
**Garnish and Serve:**
