🍝🧄🐔🧀 **Cheddar Garlic Chicken Rotini**
**Ingredients:**
🍝 12 oz rotini pasta
🐔 1½ lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🧈 3 tbsp butter
🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
🧂 Salt & black pepper, to taste
🌿 1 tsp Italian seasoning
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🍗 1/2 cup chicken broth
🧀 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
🧀 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
🌿 Optional: chopped parsley or red pepper flakes
**Directions:**
1️⃣ Cook rotini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked; remove and set aside.
4️⃣ In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
5️⃣ Add heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
6️⃣ Stir in cheddar and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
7️⃣ Return chicken to the skillet and mix well.
8️⃣ Add cooked rotini and toss until fully coated in the cheddar garlic sauce.
9️⃣ Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired and serve hot.
