A luxurious surf & turf pasta dish featuring juicy garlic-butter steak and tender shrimp tossed over silky spaghettiβ€”rich, indulgent, and perfect for a special dinner.

Ingredients (serves 3–4):

Garlic Butter Steak

1Β½ lb ribeye or sirloin steak, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

Β½ tsp smoked paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Garlic Butter Shrimp

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & pepper, to taste

Squeeze of lemon juice

Pasta

12 oz spaghetti

2 tbsp butter

ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Reserved pasta water (as needed)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Cook the spaghetti:

Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve Β½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.

Cook the steak:

Season steak with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Sear steak 2–3 minutes per side (depending on thickness).

Add butter and garlic, spooning over steak for 1 minute. Remove and rest.

Cook the shrimp:

In the same skillet, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic briefly.

Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.

Finish with lemon juice and remove from heat.

Combine pasta:

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet with remaining garlic butter.

Toss with Parmesan and a splash of pasta water until silky.

Serve:

Plate spaghetti, top with sliced steak and shrimp.

Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
