🐟🥔 One-Pan Salmon with Baby Potatoes & Asparagus

🛒 Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

500 g baby potatoes (halved)

1 bunch asparagus

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter (melted)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

Salt & black pepper

Paprika or chili flakes 🌶️ (optional)

Fresh parsley (chopped)

Lemon wedges 🍋

👩‍🍳 Method

Heat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt & pepper. Roast 20 min.

Add salmon & asparagus to the tray.

Mix butter + garlic + spices, spoon over everything.

Bake 12–15 min until salmon flakes.

Finish with parsley & lemon juice.

⏱️ Tips

For crispy salmon, broil 2–3 min at the end 🔥

Great with a

simple green salad 🥗
