Strawberry Banana Protein Nice Cream Cups

Strawberry Banana Protein Nice Cream Cups– cold, creamy, and naturally sweet with a fruity crunch!

Ingredients:

For the base:

4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen

1 ½ cups frozen strawberries

¼ cup vanilla protein powder

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1–2 tbsp milk of choice (only if needed to blend)

For the crust layer:

½ cup granola or crushed oats

2 tbsp almond butter or honey (to bind)

Toppings:

Fresh banana slices

Fresh strawberries, halved

Granola

Instructions:

In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine the frozen bananas, strawberries, protein powder, yogurt, and vanilla extract.

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a splash of milk only if the mixture is too thick to blend.

In a small bowl, mix granola with almond butter or honey to create a sticky crust.

Divide the granola mixture evenly into the bottom of small glass bowls or cups and press lightly to form the base.

Scoop the nice cream mixture on top of the crust layer using an ice cream scoop or spoon.

Smooth the tops or leave them with a swirled texture.

Top each cup with banana slices, halved strawberries, and a sprinkle of granola.

Serve immediately for a soft texture or freeze for 30–60 minutes for a firmer consistency.

Decoration Tips:

– Use an ice cream scoop to form perfect round mounds of nice cream in each cup.

– Press granola gently into the top for texture without it falling off.

– Slice strawberries evenly and place them slightly tilted for a clean, layered effect.

– Serve in clear glass bowls to highlight the layers of crust, nice cream, and toppings.

– Chill the cups before serving for a professional finish.
